Job Title: Care at Home Support Worker Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent Pay: Competitive rates of pay + mileage allowance About the Role We are currently recruiting Care at Home Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding role for compassionate, reliable individuals who want to make a real difference to people’s daily lives. Key Responsibilities Supporting service users with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Assisting with medication (where trained/competent) Providing companionship and emotional support Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks Supporting independence and promoting dignity at all times Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns Maintaining accurate records in line with company and CQC standards What We’re Looking For A caring, respectful, and reliable approach Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (mileage paid) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay rates Mileage allowance paid Permanent contracts (full-time or part-time) Paid training and ongoing support Opportunities for progression and development Supportive and friendly management team Work close to home where possible Why Join Us?
